Then a package is the wrong route, and we will say so. Packages exist for work that can be written down before it starts. If yours cannot be yet, use Work With Us and we will scope it properly rather than forcing it into a box it does not fit.
The fixed price holds unless you change the scope. If you do, we price the change before any work starts, either as an add-on or a variation to the proposal. You will not receive an invoice for something you did not agree to first.
You do. Source files, repositories and full IP transfer are included in every package on completion. There is no licence to renew and nothing is held back to keep you with us.
No. Every price on this page is in Australian dollars and excludes GST. GST is added at invoice.
Yes. You pay the difference between the two tiers, plus any work already delivered that the new tier changes. We would rather move you up than quietly cut scope to make the original price work.
Smaller packages are a deposit to start and the balance on delivery. Larger packages are billed against milestones set out in the proposal. Either way the terms are in writing before anything begins.
Usually within two weeks of a signed proposal. We confirm the actual start date at the scoping call, so you know before you commit rather than after.
Every package includes a support window for questions and fixes after delivery. Beyond that, ongoing design or development support can be added as a retainer at whatever level you need.
